In these fast-paced times, the number of projects is constantly increasing. We focus primarily on small and medium-sized projects, which make up the majority of our work. Unfortunately, these smaller projects are often underestimated and frequently fail.
Our aim is to counteract this problem! We want to ensure that even smaller projects receive the necessary attention and care so that they can be successfully completed. Through thorough planning and a structured approach, we aim to ensure that all projects, regardless of size, are completed successfully.
We have already worked successfully with various brands in the industry and are now expanding further. At INSTALLATION SUPPORT, we pride ourselves on our ability to develop effective and creative solutions for your requirements in the shortest possible time.

In 2022, Michael Effing founded the company as a sole proprietorship, laying the foundations for "INSTALLATION SUPPORT OHG", which was established in August 2023.

Michael Effing has been a formative force in the industry for over two decades. His training as a carpenter and his striving for perfection are reflected in every project. With extensive expertise as a specialist construction manager and in project management, he brings an impressive portfolio of skills and experience to the table.

The founding of OHG also marked the arrival of Alexander Haase as an additional owner and managing director. His in-depth knowledge of logistics, assembly and construction is an invaluable advantage that strengthens our profile as a general contractor.

Our team consists of experienced professionals who form a dynamic and versatile collective. From skilled craftsmen and draughtsmen to precise project managers and site supervisors, this diversity enables us to act flexibly and transparently and successfully implement every project.
